This supplemental notice provides information for residents of US states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. A right applies only when the relevant law covers Waikiki.info and the request is not subject to an exception.
1. Categories handled

2. Sources
Information comes from you, your browser or device, cookies and similar technologies, service providers, advertising and analytics partners, affiliate partners, embedded-content providers, and publicly available sources.
3. Business and commercial purposes
We use information to provide and secure the site, remember preferences, analyze use, improve guides, respond to visitors, moderate content, prevent fraud, comply with law, display and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, and attribute affiliate referrals.
4. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose identifiers, internet activity, approximate location, and inferences to advertising or analytics providers. Such activity may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

5. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know or confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, withdraw consent, obtain a list of certain third parties, or appeal a decision. We do not engage in decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated profiling.
Submit a request using the instructions on Your Privacy Choices. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may use a permitted extension after notice. We may deny or limit a request when we cannot verify it or when an exception applies.
6. California disclosures
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. The categories above are intended to describe collection, sources, purposes, and recipient categories for the preceding 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information.
California's "Shine the Light" law may permit a resident to request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Submit a request to media@waikiki.info.
7. Nevada and other state opt-outs
Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of a covered sale as defined by Nevada law. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with applicable laws may submit the rights requests described above. The list is informational and may not reflect every law or effective date.
8. Retention
Retention depends on the information, purpose, provider, security needs, and legal obligations. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose or as required or permitted by law. Provider-controlled data follows the provider's retention settings and policies.
