Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description to media@waikiki.info and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
